Unique to Bella Casa Houseboats is our Mediteranean feel, with lush palm trees and a vibrant decor. Our kitchen and lounge which are located at the rear of the boat, providing spectacular views overlooking the water. With our dumb waiter system there will be no more carrying food and supplies to the top deck whilst negotiating the stairs - its as simple as placing your food and supplies inside (located in the kitchen), pressing the button and items are moved to the top deck - open the hatch and there you have it. Ducted air-conditioning to every room, a gas log fire to warm the chilly nights, child friendly railing (with safety locks) around boat and an automatic ramp.

Huge top deck: An area where you will spend a lot of time, our top deck comprises of a stylish shade sail, heated 6 person spa, sun lounges, outdoor furniture, gourmet gas barbecue with hood in bar area, marine icebox and sink with hot and cold running water.

4 Large Bedrooms with Ensuites: All queen size beds. Quality linen supplied - sheets, doonas, doona covers, pillows, towels and bathmats. Ensuites to each bedroom with flush style toilets. Front lounge has two sofa beds curtain off, so you effectively have 6 bed rooms.

Two Spacious Living Areas: The front lounge incorporates a driving console and comfortable sofa beds, curtained for privacy. The rear lounge incorporates a modern kitchen and dining for 12. Large Flat Screen TV, Video, DVD, CD and audio system ducted through-out, including the top entertaining deck and swim platform.

Ultra Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped ultra modern kitchen - two full size, two door fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, gas hot plates and underbench oven & dump waiter to the top deck.

All Kitchen Utensils Supplied: Crockery, cutlery, bakeware, tea towels, gladwrap, alfoil, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided for your convenience.

Laundry Facilities: Include automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
